Prices include services worth up to Euro 150 per week: all linen (Sheets, pillow cases, duvets), towels for each person, broadband wi-fi, air conditioning (and heating if needed), TV par satellite, Ciel, Sky Sports & Sky Cinema, washing machine & tumble dryer unlimited use and the cost/use of all equipment/facilities in the apartment, parking souterrain sécurisé dans garage privé.

The apartment is available all year round apart from some weeks retained for personal use by the owners.

o A non refundable 25% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 7 days of making a reservation to secure the booking, with the balance due one month before the start of your visit. A security deposit of one Euro 500 is payable with the final rental payment 30 days before arrival. The deposit is returned within two weeks after your departure subject to satisfactory inspection by the local agent. Pets are considered on request. No smoking allowed in the apartment
